HISS AND VINEGAR

We had fun working with Ellie Kane of Nashville, TN to create this playful take on an old expression. As a team of animal lovers, we couldn't resist the opportunity to put a party hat on a cat. (Who could?!)

"You don't hear it much anymore," says Ellie, "but back in the day, I recall hearing my Nana Kane say, 'That old so-and-so is still full of piss and vinegar,' when talking about her friends who still had lots of youthful energy."

Ellie experienced homelessness off and on after moving to Nashville. We’re happy to report that today she and her husband have housing. Ellie receives 15% of the sales from this card and we donate an additional 5% to Daybreak Arts.
