This beautiful card was made by Ellie Kane of Nashville. “Christmas is a special time of year,” she says. “I love to give. Even when I was homeless I always found a way to scrape pennies together to get something from a thrift store or dollar store to make handmade gifts.” After bouts with homelessness in 1979 and 1989, Ellie secured Section 8 housing.

Ellie receives 15% of the sales from this card. An additional 10% is donated to Poverty and the Arts.
