SAD TO SEE YOU GO

We love this card that we made with Ken Martin of Washington, DC. “When the people you care about move or go on to do something else, it’s hard because selfishly we want them to stay,” he shares. “But that’s part of the beauty of life though, right?” Ken, who just turned 69, has been a surrogate dad to several people over the years and friend to many more, so he’s familiar with the mixed emotions of seeing people move on to new opportunities.

Although he struggled with housing instability for many years, we’re happy to share that Ken has his own apartment today. He receives 15% of the sales of this card and an additional 5% is donated to Black Swan Academy.
