SORRY, I FUCKED UP

“Sometimes it’s a huge relief to get that off your chest,” admits Angie Whitehurst who came up with the idea for this card. “I’ve made mistakes, huge mistakes, that have made me feel like the worst person on the face of the planet. You can either face up to it and apologize or live in denial. Usually, I find it’s best to own it and ask for forgiveness – you’ll feel a lot better.” Some of Angie’s “mistakes” led her down a 30-year struggle with her housing, however she always keeps a positive outlook. “No matter what happens in life, you gotta keep looking up,” she says. And that attitude is working out for Angie. We’re happy to share that today she has housing and is active in her community.
